The “T.O. Show” Season Premiere

Terrell Owens, NFL player, drama King, and sex symbol, now has his own reality television show on VH1 called the “T.O. Show.”  Ladies, before you freak out wondering why you didn’t get the memo to sign up for opportunity to be T.O.’s next love interest, relax.  This reality show isn’t the dating game.  It’s all about trials and tribulations of Terrell Owens.

The show kicked off with T.O. finding out that he’d been released from the Dallas Cowboys.  He was initially depressed, but his friends and PR duo Mo and Kita convinced him to move to LA for a few months during the off season.  Terrell was hesitant about the move, but after he signed a one-year contract with the Buffalo Bills, he was ready to take control of his life and embrace a little change.

But, as soon as he got to LA, the only thing he was trying to embrace was some booty.  Terrell was hitting on the real estate agent, Jules, and before you knew it he’d invited her over for a private dinner. T.O. said Jules was a “nice, Christian girl”, but I wonder what her pastor would say about her actions in the hot tub.

As far as Mo and Kita, I can’t decide if I think they’re haters or if they’re trying to protect T.O.  They were trying to block T.O. from getting with Jules and they were all in his face when he decided to bring the after party to his place after a night at the club. I understand the need to protect him from bad publicity, but Mo and Kita were nagging and whining.  It was simply annoying.  There has to be a better way to get him to stay away from the groupies.

Perhaps, their ultimate plan is to hook Terrell back up with his ex-fiancé, Felisha.  Terrell and Felisha broke up because he was cheating.  The question is “Is T.O. ready to settle down?”  It doesn’t seem like it.  Or maybe a better question is “Who is the real Terrell Owens?”  Tune into the “T.O. Show” Monday nights on VH1 to find out.
