The Outback Bowl – Penn State vs. Florida
Florida Gators has accepted a bid to play Penn State in the Outback Bowl.
The Gators is going to be playing inside a bowl game for that 20th consecutive season. It’s their fourth trip for the Outback Bowl, which will be performed on New Year’s Day at Raymond James Stadium.
Penn State also will be making its fourth Outback look. The Nittany Lions very last performed from the game in opposition to Tennessee in 2007.
Florida confronted Iowa in the 2006 Outback Bowl.
The Gators and Nittany Lions have met twice ahead of. Florida beat Penn State 17-7 in the 1962 Gator Bowl and defeated the Nittany Lions 21-6 in the Citrus Bowl on Jan. 1, 1998.
